About The Role 🤔:
More than 300 games are set to launch within the Immutable Ecosystem. To help our games reach a wide web3 audience, we're introducing reward programs to incentivise web3 enthusiasts to engage with our games and ecosystem.
As the Principal Product Manager (Growth), you will report to our VP of Product and take charge of our growth strategy and experimentation of our multiple rewards programs. You will work closely within a triad of product, engineering, and design to collaboratively execute these strategies. In this role, you'll lead a dedicated engineering squad that will support the development of essential program tactics.
If you have an impressive track record of managing experiment-driven backlogs and can balance competing needs to find the best trade-offs for the business and its partners, this role is perfect for you!
You’ll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Develop and implement crypto rewards strategies that aligns with the company's overall objectives and market positioning
- Lead strategic planning sessions to align all stakeholders on goals and execution plans
- Establish and maintain data collection processes to gather relevant metrics on user engagement, reward redemption, and program performance
- Develop a metrics dashboard to track key health metrics and inform OKRs
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies and improvements for the rewards program
- Ensure data-driven insights are communicated effectively to all stakeholders to support informed decision-making
- Implement growth hacking techniques to rapidly test and optimise various elements of the rewards program for maximum impact
- Collaborate with marketing and other teams to drive user acquisition and retention through innovative reward mechanisms
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with a focus on growth / funnel optimisation
- Knowledge or passion in web3 technologies, rewards programs, blockchain, and decentralised applications
- Tertiary qualification in business, technology, or a related field
- Strong technical understanding and ability to liaise with our engineering team at a technical level
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to drive and foster relationships throughout the organisation
- Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Data-driven decision making skills to influence key partners

This role will be part of the Immutable X platform team. At Immutable, you'll be able to build next-generation infrastructure for NFTs on Ethereum and get deep access to the most exciting projects, technology and opportunities in the space.
