About the role
Ogury are looking for a seasoned Lead Product Manager who has extensive knowledge of Big Data and Analytics to lead our Data and Analytics Infrastructure.
You will report into the CTO and lead a team of 2 talented Product Managers that team up with 18 developers, that will define the future of Data and Analytics for Ogury.
Your ultimate goal is to create a world-class platform that will propel Ogury to faster growth than the 30% that we have today.
What you will be doing
- Own the product strategy & define the mid to long term vision for Ogury’s data. This is the cornerstone of Ogury’s value proposition, and it must resonate with internal stakeholders & clients.
- Directing the Data Scientists to reach new heights with our machine learning algorithms to build the best audience models possible
- Expanding our survey capabilities to enrich our personified targeting to outperform all other ad tech companies in the market
- Act as the key product evangelist, building relationships with customers and partners to garner feedback for the development of your product offerings.
- Work with Product Marketing on the execution of programs to help evangelize both new and existing product features and capabilities.
About you
- Previous people management and product portfolio management experience
- Domain expertise in one or more areas of real-time ad exchanges such as DSP, SSP, DMP, Creative Platform, and survey
- Able to finesse our performance to continually be the best in class ad tech provider
- Agile product development with an emphasis on continuous improvement
- Excellent oral and written communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively with business and technology leaders within company as well as at customer/partner organization
- Proven track record of partnering with cross functional and cross-regional teams in a highly technical environment
