About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned product leader to own the vision, strategy, and development of our consumer-facing Reviews and Interviews products. These products are central to our vision and commitment of radical transparency and are used by millions of people worldwide every month. In this role, you will help bring employment transparency to the world by finding new ways to empower people with the information they need to make the best decisions about their job, company, and career. You will align your partners and leadership around your plan and work closely with your cross-functional team members to deliver on your vision.

What You’ll Do

  • Own Glassdoor’s core review and interviews products, powered by millions of user-generated insights.
  • You will drive the strategy, vision, product roadmap, and metrics for this product area in close partnership with your team and other stakeholders.
  • Make informed, user-centric decisions using quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g. a/b testing, survey data, usability studies, etc.).
  • Partner closely with the design and research teams to drive user research, testing, and to build  delightful experiences for our consumers.
  • Define and enhance the product experience. You will partner with engineering teams to improve and build new product experiences.
  • Influence other product teams and cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes in your area.
  • Align the Core Content  product strategy to company goals to drive positive business and user outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

  • A commitment to add  to our culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • 6+ years of proven results in product management within fast-paced, agile environments. 
  • Prior experience managing large B2C or community-based products strongly preferred with experience AB testing and analyzing user data at scale.
  • Consistent record of success partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering, design, marketing, and data science to deliver excellent product experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence leadership and both technical and nontechnical partners.
  • Strong intuition for business and a data-driven approach to decision making.
  • Bachelor’s degree and  work experience in a technical, business or quantitative field. MBA or graduate degree is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

Base Salary Range*:  $171,800 - $257,700

*Glassdoor base salaries are targeted to the market 75th percentile for technical roles and the 65th percentile for non-technical roles. In other words, 65-75% of comparable organizations in our industry will pay less.

Annual Bonus Target**: 10%

Bonuses are paid in 6-month intervals, aligning with bi-annual performance reviews
