Role Overview
As a Growth Product Manager, you will drive product portfolio growth through user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies. You'll work with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, develop strategies, and implement initiatives to boost product adoption and revenue. Key skills include product development, data analysis, A/B testing, and experience with user acquisition and retention tools.

Your mission:

  • Analyse user data and identify growth opportunities. Use data analytics to uncover insights that drive growth initiatives for the product portfolio.

  • Manage A/B testing and experiments. Oversee A/B tests and experiments to enhance user engagement and increase conversion rates.

  • Develop and implement growth strategies. Test and execute strategies related to pricing, advertising, and product launches to maximize market potential.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for growth. Work closely with various teams to drive user acquisition, retention, and monetization efforts.

  • Prioritize and drive product feature enhancements. Partner with design and development teams to prioritize features that foster product growth.

  • Measure and optimize growth initiatives. Analyze data to gauge the effectiveness of growth strategies and refine them for optimal impact.

  • Execute marketing campaigns for user acquisition and retention. Collaborate with marketing teams to execute campaigns aimed at acquiring and retaining users.

Your ideal profile:

  • Experience in product management with a growth focus. You bring over 5 years of experience, with a strong emphasis on growth strategies over the past 2 years.

  • Analytical skills using data for decision-making. You’re able to leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making processes.

  • Expertise in developing growth strategies. You have a proven track record in creating and implementing effective growth strategies that drive business expansion.

  • Proficiency in A/B testing and experiment analysis. You’re skilled in conducting A/B tests and analyzing results to optimize product performance and user experience.

  • Understanding of user acquisition, retention, and monetization. You possess a deep knowledge of strategies and tactics to acquire, retain, and monetize user bases effectively.
