About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Group Product Manager to lead transformation initiatives of KAYAK/Opentables Finance, Billing and ERP ecosystem.
This individual will oversee the development and implementation of sophisticated solutions that enhance our financial operations, streamline billing processes, and integrate FinTech systems to support our growing business needs.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with the business and engineering teams to lead cross-product improvements and initiatives
- Work across multiple teams to solve effectively, dig deep into requests and determine team member needs to solve problems.
- This is a people and product management role with responsibilities spanning across product development, delivery as well as operational support for monthly financial close cycle.
- Drive conversations cross-functionally across multiple platforms including NetSuite, Salesforce as well as internal custom built applications.
- Maintain JIRA, product roadmaps, system documentation etc.,
- Find new opportunities for process improvements.
- Partner multi-functionally and collaborate on cross-team projects with software engineers, developers, designers, and product owners located in offices across the world in NA, EMEA & APAC.
- Understanding of and willingness to learn business processes and financial processes
- Continuously focus on aligning product roadmaps across teams, sharing knowledge to facilitate project success, work on improving processes for the entire enterprise systems team
- Mentor team, effectively align resources with priorities and oversee quality of work being delivered by others

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with an engineering/technical background.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience building and delivering FinTech products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong team collaborator with ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, finance and business partners.
- Critical thinker with strong analytical skills, self starter and proactive with a willingness to learn.
- Expertise in driving product delivery in O2C, P2P and/or R2R related areas, working across all functional levels of the organization with deep understanding of how product is used, and where it meets or fails to meet customer/team member needs. Owns the product vision about where the product needs to be and how to get there.
- Attention to detail and excellent understanding of data is a must.
- Knowledge of billing and payments domain, card payments, NetSuite and Salesforce a plus.
- Effectively inspires, energizes, motivates and draws out the best work from a cross-functional team
- Works well and collaborates with other managers and team leaders
- Successfully manage trade-offs between technical debt and new features.
- Ability to learn and grow in the role as well as adapt to whatever new systems are needed in future

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for this United States located role is $143,000 - $188,000.
In addition to a competitive base salary, roles are eligible for additional compensation and benefits including: annual cash bonus; health benefits; flexible spending account; retirement benefits; life insurance; paid time off (including PTO, paid sick leave, medical leave, bereavement leave, floating holidays and paid holidays); and parental leave and benefits.
