About the Team

DoorDash’s mission is to grow and empower local economies. By building intelligent, last-mile delivery technology for local cities, DoorDash connects people with the local businesses they care about — helping grow businesses and the communities that support those businesses.

To help further that mission, the B2B Product Marketing team is responsible for representing the voice of B2B audiences including merchants, advertisers, developers, agencies, suppliers, and corporate customers. We do this by informing product strategy, communicating value of the products and services we create, and driving engagement through effective go-to-market strategies. Our teams are embedded in the end-to-end product lifecycle.

About the Role

As the Director, Product Marketing, Platform, you will lead a team of marketers responsible for identifying solution narratives and audience channels to launch and validate value and fit. You will inspire a team, drive business goals, collaborate and deepen relationships with cross functional stakeholders, and continually elevate our B2B marketing programming and supporting infrastructure.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Provide structure and coaching for a team of B2B marketers to deliver against product adoption and sales enablement goals.
  • Hire and develop top tier B2B marketing talent, evolving org design as needed to meet developing business needs.
  • Lead the development of annual and quarterly B2B marketing plans, maximizing incremental gains to meet overarching B2B business targets.
  • Define and own priority KPIs, continually analyzing emerging trends and responding appropriately.
  • Oversee GTM strategies across the DoorDash first party and white labeled solutions.
  • Serve as a key strategic partner to B2B business leads across Product, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Continually represent and advance the best interests of merchants, developers, and integration partners and the value that DoorDash provides to their business operations.

We’re excited about you because…

  • 10+ years experience in B2B SaaS or PaaS marketing.
  • 3+ years leading teams.
  • Results-oriented with an exceptional track record of developing B2B product marketing GTM and narrative strategies.
  • Proven record of achieving product adoption and revenue targets.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to translate large and disparate data sets into hypotheses and actionable audience insights.
  • Highly motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, while also skilled at building.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship building and communication skills.
  • Comfort and ability to manage executive stakeholders across the organization.
  • Demonstrable ability to solve for product positioning and narrative development.
  • Passion for customer experience and delivering incremental value to customers.
  • Ability to operate with full autonomy and define new or decreased areas of scope.
  • Ability to think and perform both tactically and strategically.
  • Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s degree preferred.
