We are searching for an experienced Creative Design Manager to lead the Creative Design team and to be at the forefront of shaping our brand’s personality. You will be guiding an extremely talented team of designers, collaborating with various teams across the company, allocating and working with external design & ad agencies as well as with video production companies.

The ideal Creative Design Manager will bring a mix of branding, marketing, and managing expertise to the position. We are looking for someone who can inspire and be inspired by others to take our creative efforts to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have outstanding conceptual and visual design skills, deep understanding of marketing channels, branding and capabilities to lead advertising campaigns of all sorts and sizes. From LinkedIn ads to a full offline campaign. 

This role can be based from Barcelona and requires you to be in the office once per week, or four times per month. 

Objectives of this role:

• Lead the Creative team by hiring, training, assigning, scheduling, and mentoring staff.
• Oversee the Brand’s look and feel to ensure it’s always aligned. And amazing.
• Drive inspiration and creativity within the Creative team and beyond.
• Provide exceptional design services for the marketing team to meet and exceed targets.

What you will do:

• Set standards for production, productivity, quality, and internal service.
• Define work processes and tools that will drive the team to meet standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product and other divisions to align on priorities and business objectives so that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget.
• Analyze brand, creative and design trends, web technologies trends, and the competitor landscape in order to create winning creative campaigns.
• Constantly drive designs and creative optimization by tracking and analyzing campaigns performances.

What you need:

• A depth of experience in marketing and brand design.
• Proven leadership of a high performing team of Creative Designers in a digital company, ideally in SaaS tech companies.
• Strategic thinking & capacity to translate briefs into inspiring creative direction.
• Experience in leading marketing campaigns both online and offline.
• Experience in leading design for video productions.
• Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.
• Strong communication skills that will allow you to pitch, persuade and collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
• Passionate and highly motivated for working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Proficient in English
• An outstanding portfolio!

Flexible Work Policy

• You will need to be based in one of our hub countries, some positions are only open in specific locations 
• We will require you to travel to the office hub in your country once or twice per week depending on your position 
• In addition, every quarter you will be required to travel to an office hub location for up to 5 days to meet with your whole team
• We have flexible working hours to fit around your life
