Fanatics Collectibles is a new company working at the intersection of collectibles and technology. Topps is looking for an enthusiastic and driven, Content Designer to join our world-class Topps NHL Skate team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible with helping to deliver the highest quality digital collectibles to fans all over the world. We are looking to secure the talent of a team player who has the passion, talent and focus to create world-class digital collectibles around all things from a Galaxy far, far away.

We are looking for an experienced content designer to create innovative and visually appealing digital collectibles for our digital collection, trading and gaming mobile apps. You will have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest properties in sports and entertainment.  
Your mission will be to deliver content and card designs that excite our fans and collectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating original templates for digital trading cards, collectibles & other Topps initiatives that appeal to fans and collectors
  • Structuring templates such that subjects, logos, and colors can easily be changed so that finished cards can be produced efficiently and in volume
  • Working with content teams to develop design innovations that improve visual appeal or efficiency of process
  • Meeting deadlines and managing multiple concurrent workflows 

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience of graphic design experience, preferably in a sports, entertainment, or mobile/technology company
  • Expert knowledge and experience in Photoshop, and knowledge of the entire Adobe Suite (Illustrator, After Effects, etc).  
  • Experience in motion graphics, editing, or animation
  • Ability to work quickly and produce high quality work under tight deadlines and short turnaround times
  • Good pulse on latest design trends, styles and out-of-the box creative thinking  
  • Passion for collectibles and the brands that Topps represents  
  • Experience in 3D modeling a plus – else an interest in learning on the job
