🧑‍💻 About the role

We're looking for a highly collaborative Visual and Content Designer to join our team and drive the improvement of our customer acquisition strategies. This role requires experience in crafting content that's high-performing and on-brand, as well as the ability to craft design solutions.

You will be responsible for enhancing our marketing website and uncovering new opportunities to boost conversions, and awareness.

👷🏾‍♀️ Where you come in

• Lead design initiatives to optimize the marketing website for improved customer acquisition and conversion rates.

• You'll be embedded in a cross-functional team of Product Managers and Engineers, with whom you'll align design strategies with business goals.

• Perform research to understand the behaviour of our existing and potential customers, and define design solutions.

• Use data-driven insights to identify and explore new acquisition opportunities.

• Create visually compelling and customer-friendly designs that resonate with our target audience.

• Continuously iterate on design based on feedback and performance metrics.

✅ Your profile

• You balance speed of iteration with execution quality. You’re able to make smart trade-offs with your team to launch and learn, fast.

• Visual design skills - in addition to content design skills - with a portfolio showcasing your work.

• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.

• Experience with data-driven design and a solid understanding of conversion rate optimization.

• A passion for creating innovative solutions and results-driven mindset.

• Strong systems-thinking.
