As a member of the UserZoom Research Delivery Team, you will be working with high-profile clients across the world to deliver actionable insights.

You will be responsible for running and/or supporting remote qualitative and quantitative research studies, analysing results, and presenting findings. You will be working in a fast-paced consulting environment and managing multiple projects.

Requirements

• Native German level
• Good communication skills in English
• Commercial Awareness of Userzoom and Research Delivery products.
• Experience managing customer expectations and building strong relationships.
• UZ certification within a month of starting date.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Works with Lead researchers to support either Build/QA/Analysis/Reporting stages of UX research project.
• Analysis and synthesis of data (Videos, scores, metrics, written feedback).
• Deliver findings in a pre-agreed format.
• Responsible for Communication (Status Updates) with the customer if requested by the Lead researcher.
• Support pre-sales meetings when needed.
• Collaborate with Account Manager, Research Partners and Sourcing to ensure successful delivery.
