Rattaché(e) directement au Lead RP, vous serez responsable de l’accompagnement, du conseil opérationnel et stratégique de vos clients (mise en place de tests type tableaux de bord,ou attrakdiff mensuel, développement d’une organisation de recherche type feature team, ateliers méthodologiques, insights récoltés suite à une analyse). Vous êtes le garant de la réussite des projets d’UX Research Test Utilisateur Distant annuels de vos clients.

Requirements
- Profil d’UX - UX Researcher / Consultant UX
- Volonté de se spécialiser dans l’accompagnement et le conseil stratégique
- Approfondissement de problématiques UX complexes dans des secteurs variés (Tourisme, Retail, Banques, Media, etc.)
- 1ère expérience dans une société de SaaS BtoB ou en agence / conseil
- Multitasking
- Ecoute / Empathie
- Organisé(e) / rigoureux(se)
- Sens des priorités
- Bon relationnel / Aisance à l’oral
- anglais professionnel
