N26’s UX Team is part of the larger Product, Tech and UX organization. We are a multidisciplinary team of 40+ talented individuals (known as “UXers”), who practice Product Design, User Research, UX Content Design, and UX Operations. Most of our UXers are distributed across various cross-functional teams, looking after different product verticals. Our team is mainly based in Berlin and Barcelona.
You have at least 3 years experience as a UX content designer, fintech knowledge is a plus
You are very familiar with UX best practices, and fully understand the value of listening to users and looking at data when making content decisions
You have excellent writing proficiency in English and at least one of our other languages (German, French, Spanish, or Italian), and know how to make content relevant for European markets
You’re a systems thinker, and show an interest in Content Design systems and Content Operations
You know how to add value at each stage of the design process, and your portfolio proves it
You thrive working on multiple exciting and innovative projects with different scopes and stakeholders
You empathize with the people you work with, as much as you empathize with users
Work collaboratively with your colleagues from UX, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Localization, and other teams to design user-centric, clear, and accessible in-app content

Identify areas to optimize content in English, and audit in a second language, enabling users to confidently use our products across all markets
Help maintain and onboard new users to our AI tool, Writer, and our Content Design System
