We’re looking for a Technical Writer to help us build and maintain Pipedrive’s Knowledge Base in our Lisbon office. This is a critical role that spans multiple areas across the organization. You’ll get the chance to work with our awesome CX team, reporting directly to the Learning Strategy Manager and working closely with other marketing staff and business leaders. Your new adventure:

  • Creates and maintains product documentation for customers within the Knowledge Base and Contextual Help panel through a content management system 
  • Collaborates with other teams within Pipedrive to help ensure that new product updates are covered
  • Accommodates internal requests by responding to and managing requests
  • Collaborates with Localization team to ensure the translation of new and updated articles into support core languages (EN, PT, ES, FR, DE)
  • Smoothly moves through the planning, writing, and editing process to ensure on-time delivery
  • Ensures the Knowledge Base information is clear, fast to access and meaningful with the objective of increasing the pages views per ticket 
  • Ensure regular reviews of the content and reports to identify trends and other areas with improvement needed 
  • Manages and responds to feedback left on content 
  • Contributes to discovering and testing the best way to present information to our target audience

Does this sound like you?

  • Proven working experience with content writing and management
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Strong writing, editing, and english language skills (Proficient / Native in English is a plus)
  • A passion for creating great content
  • Ability to break down complex concepts into engaging and easily digestible content 
  • A good understanding of how language choice affects the intended audience
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • Results driven
