Senior/Principal Product Manager Fulfilment - Lisbon or Remote

We are currently looking for a Principal/Senior Product Manager to join our Marketplace team. By building products that shape Free Now’s routing, pickup estimation, matchmaking & dispatching decision-making you will have a key role to play in the very heart of our business.

In order to succeed in this role you need to be a highly analytical thinker who can structure and communicate complex business and data challenges. 

Location: Our Product teams are mainly located across Hamburg, Berlin and Barcelona, however we are flexible and can also consider remote work within any other FREE NOW country. 

Your role:

• Lead on the creation, refinement and prioritization of your backlog and communicate prioritisation decisions to wider business
• Proactively identify key product improvement opportunities to independently scope, prioritise and lead their execution end-to-end
• Develop overall product strategy, manage the roadmap and lead its execution to drive sustainable user engagement
• Provide leadership in defining MVPs that allow us to test our hypothesis while delivering a delightful customer experience
• Work closely with development teams and mediate between technical, UX/UI and business matters, backing up your opinion with data and drive decisions forward when needed
• You will empower Free Now’s 11 existing markets across Europe to make optimal decisions to balance Demand & Supply in order to create a productive & sustainable ride hailing marketplace

• You will work on a complex data product in order to prioritise divergent priorities to optimise for Rider and Driver Experience and Revenue

Your profile:

• 4+ years of work experience Product Management or Product Analytics, preferably in in Tech or Startup environment
• Significant experience working with data tools (e.g. Tableau) and strong working knowledge of SQL
• You have a deep understanding of digital marketplaces & are comfortable in balancing the needs of its Supply & Demand components, while driving business growth.
• Analytical mindset and ability to independently leverage data for prioritisation and decision making and substantial experience in data driven software product management
• Strong collaboration, and superb communication skills (both written and oral) and ability to synthesize information quickly
• Proven record of taking complex business problems and coming up with innovative and effective product solutions
• Strong knowledge of A/B testing at scale
