Senior Product Operations Manager (f/m/d)

When joining CoachHub you'll be integrated in a dynamic and fast paced environment. As a Product Operations Manager, you will closely work with the Product Managers as well as multiple cross-functional product teams and partner up with the respective engineering managers and stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Help to plan and implement our insight-based product strategy by supporting teams to act self-organized, data-informed and user-centric
• Support teams to identify, analyze and learn from suitable leading indicators for success to inspire action
• Facilitate and support a quarterly/ 6-week-planning and alignment cycle across 14+ product teams
• Coach teams to structure and scope product discoveries, leveraging your experience in driving design sprints and similar formats to validate ideas and increase our customer-centricity.
• Work with the Product Managers to establish effective product communication channels, cadences and formats
• Facilitate and improve collaboration between Product Managers and stakeholders within the company to tap into stakeholders’ insights as well as align priorities across departments.
• Coach and inspire teams to improve their capabilities and their performance by facilitating cross-team workshops and retrospectives as well as following-up to increase their impact
• Identify blindspots and cross-pollinate the teams regarding proven ways of working and leveraging their agile and lean practices at eye level
• Guide and serve the teams on continuous improvement towards building knowledge based on data & insights 
• Establish feedback loops to evaluate how well the product & tech teams are producing value for the customers, are hitting business goals and are innovating against competitors
• Work with the whole Product & Tech organisation to understand and evaluate team effectiveness and stakeholder perceptions and requirements
• Establish guidelines and best practices for tools used in the Product & Tech organisation (e.g. for insights, knowledge and workflow management)
  
  

Your Profile:

• You have been working as an Product Manager, Product Data Analyst or Discovery Coach in a fast-paced start-up environment
• You have demonstrated the ability to build high-performing product teams by providing mentoring, training and team coaching
• You are a passionate facilitator of result-oriented workshops and you persistently follow-through action plans
• You have strong verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and you enjoy to work with people
• You are a problem solver with analytical skills
• You are confident in leveraging lean practices and principles as well as standard principles of product discovery, design and development (end-to-end product life cycle)
• You know how to promote the benefits of working agile
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
