Trade Republic is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to join our Client Platform team and take over content and localization. Our Client Platform team is charged with providing foundations and shared resources for our product to succeed. The team does this by focusing on three main pillars:
Design System: Enable cross functional teams to efficiently and sustainably deliver memorable frontend solutions with great UI and UX
Core & architecture: Provide resources and structures for mobile frontend to enable delivery speed, stability, quality and developers satisfaction
Web Product: Increase the maturity of the web platform and product, allowing cross platform and dedicated features to reach our web audience
As a Senior Product Operations Manager for Content and Localization, you will take full ownership of content & copy in our ecosystem and manage all translation-related tasks and responsibilities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth and successful product/feature launches
Implement and uphold Trade Republic’s content and localization standards, systems and best practices
Manage and prioritise concurrent deadlines and priorities for timely delivery
Work closely with agencies and languages providers to produce a properly localized experience for each market
Drive long-term vision for content and localization at Trade Republic
Track localization quality, speed, and costs to continuously improve our processes
5+ years of experience within operation functions
Ability to operate in a highly cross-functional environment to improve processes and bring products from idea to launch
Passionate about creating efficient processes to improve how Trade Republic works and operates
A track record of successfully managing projects or programs
Experience in vendor management or agency management and previous experience with translation softwares
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English), with the ability to distil complex product requirements and align stakeholders across the organization
Passion for delightful UX!
