Responsibilities

  • User Feedback and Education: Design and implement processes for collecting user feedback, analyze data to drive product improvements. Organize user education programs to increase product understanding and satisfaction.
  • Project Management: Monitor project timelines and ensure completion of initiatives on schedule and to a high standard. Apply PMO best practices and tools to enhance project execution efficiency.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, technical and marketing teams to ensure project objectives align with corporate strategy.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct market and competitor analysis, regularly compile detailed product analytics reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Process Optimization: Continually review and enhance product development and maintenance processes.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 
  • Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a role requiring strong technical and analytical skills, preferably in a consulting environment or a technology-focused industry. 
  • Technical Skills: Experience in project management, process optimization, or product development within tech-centric settings is highly desirable. 
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills, able to maintain clear judgment and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
