Joining Collibra’s Product Operations team
As a Sr. Product Operations Manager, you will be joining the Product Operations team and report to the VP Product Operations. The Product Operations team works at the intersection between Product, Customer Success, Sales and Engineering. The mission of the team is to be a trusted partner, providing process and information in support of bringing a better experience and more value to our customers faster.
The Sr. Product Operations Manager will be instrumental for establishing and maintaining smooth coordination between Product and its key field stakeholders. You will focus on effective alignment through clear communication and alignment with the Collibra product engagement process in order to serve our customers better by making our field organization highly efficient in handling product related information requests and/or escalations, while giving time back to Product and Engineering.
The Product Operations at Collibra are responsible for:
- Collaborate with product leadership to build a foundational knowledge about the product and understand the Collibra product taxonomy, strategy and roadmap in order to be able to respond to recurrent field requests about the product
- Be the primary point of contact for any product related information requests and customer escalations.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support on the one hand side and Product and Engineering on the other to effectively handle and follow through on high priority requests and escalations while ensuring visibility, traction and ultimate closure
- Navigate the Product and Engineering organization to find the right owner(s) and collect the right information to solve our stakeholders’ requests
- Maintain and improve a current product engagement process to handle all sorts of requests related to product and to organically grow a product knowledge system in order to allow our stakeholders to self serve
You have:
- 5+ years relevant experience in the world of B2B enterprise software, preferably SaaS
- A professional background in either or product or program management, quality assurance, customer success and / or support
- Good work ethics with a flexible work schedule to support all our stakeholders within Collibra and our customers all around the world
- Experience with cross functional and remote collaboration, problem solving mindset during an product escalation or issue handling process, ability ensure all stakeholders are heard and correctly informed
You are:
- Passionate about solving problems effectively and efficiently through cross functional collaboration and data informed prioritization and decision making
- Familiar with supporting different types of stakeholders, and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic and global environment
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication skills. A talent for active listening, showing empathy, conflict resolution while showing a great sense of humor
- Experienced and methodical in handling, prioritizing and following through on many different types of requests for key product stakeholders
- Data driven, and understand the importance of collecting the right information, analyzing it fast and ultimately reporting insights and status back to key stakeholders
Measure of success:
- Within your first month, you will be successfully onboarded in the Product, Design and Engineering team and you will be more familiar with Collibra’s Data Intelligence Cloud products and be introduced to all key stakeholders of Product
- Within your three months, you have established yourself as the primary interface for Product with regards to any type of product related request and escalation with the goal to solve these more efficiently and effectively
- Within your six months, you have established yourself as the primary interface for Product with regards to any type of product related request and escalation with the goal to solve these more efficiently and effectively
