MOO set out to shake up the world of print back in 2006. And we’ve come a long way since. Today we’re a 400 + strong team (we’re thinking of getting matching jackets) who create print and digital products for companies of all sizes – from Google and AirBnB to the guy who makes those amazing prints you found at a craft fair.
Our global HQ is in London, UK, while we also have premises in Dagenham. In the US, you’ll find us in Boston, MA, as well as East Providence, RI and Denver, CO.
We’re making new and exciting things – and we could really do with your help.
As a Senior Product Manager at MOO, working on our fulfilment team, you'll directly manage a central component at the heart of MOO's product ecosystem.
The product you will be managing is responsible for ensuring customers get what they ordered when they ordered it. This involves interacting with many cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders, including Ecomm, Category Management, Operations, and Customer Services. Fulfilment of orders both internally and from third parties. Having a seamless, trackable journey for our customers from purchase to delivery and ensuring MOO quality from design to manufacturing.
The product teams you will be working with are based in the UK, and all of our engineering positions at MOO are fully remote. Visits to our HQ in Camden take place periodically at a cadence defined by the individual teams.
With our biggest production facility based in Rhode Island (USA), applicants from the UK would be expected to travel up to 20% of the time to collaborate in person with MOOsters who aren’t usually colocated with them. Our other facility is based in Dagenham, which will require semi-regular site visits.
