Senior Product Manager (Marketplace) - Berlin or Remote

The marketplace teams form the engine that balances the needs of Riders and Drivers to ensure reliable service and income through smart decisions. We focus on driving tour growth by improving user engagement and experiences with our Pricing, Incentives and Fulfilment solutions and approaches while optimising for revenue

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

As a Product Manager, you will constantly be chasing opportunities by diving into data, developing a deep understanding of your users, and collaborating with various teams contributing and building unique products. The Idea here is to provide a truly enjoyable, sustainable and customised urban mobility experience to our customers – in every European neighbourhood!

You will build and test solutions to tackle user problems and jump on the business opportunities that drive the most significant impact. Think, for example, about creating an end-to-end incentive-based loyalty strategy, decreasing driver and passenger cancellations, optimising voucher efficiency, identifying user segments, campaign improvements, balancing the marketplace, and cross-sell to other mobility types. 

You will be leading and owning products and services that drive short and long-term engagement of riders and drivers with a particular focus on sustainable growth, with confidence in defending your ideas and solutions, showing empathy and fostering relationships with your team and stakeholders.

Your team will consist of Frontend and Backend engineers, Product Analysts, Data Scientists, and UX Designers and Researchers.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• You have 3-5 years of work experience working as a Product Manager. 
• You love data and can derive insights from it and visualise it to support your storytelling.
• You have experience working in tech - preferably in mobile B2C marketplaces/mobility
• You strive to understand your users and stakeholders better than anyone else
• You have great ideas and know how to overcome blockers to make them happen
• You are not afraid to fail forward, and you challenge yourself, others and the status quo
• You are motivated to make an impact, deliver results quickly, and raise the bar
