Senior Product Manager - Giving & Matching

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - Giving and Matching to support our rapidly growing team. This role is responsible for discovering market opportunities, identifying and articulating customer problems, evangelizing, and building solutions. The Senior Product Manager defines what to build and when to build it. 

This is a full-time position in Missoula, MT or Seattle, WA and reports to the Director of Product.

What You’ll be Doing:

• Implement discovery processes to demonstrate what we should build, for whom, and why
• Working in partnership with UX Researcher, be a passionate advocate for your users. You do right by them, always!
• Define, evangelize, and maintain a product roadmap
• Use Lean practices to create, launch, and iterate
• Manage work across multiple projects based on company needs, priorities and engineering capacity
• Engage company leadership to drive vision, awareness, and excitement for upcoming releases
• Develop, propose, and negotiate product pricing
• Regularly engage with and update stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional teams to guide GTM, training, and rollouts of new products and features
• Mentor team members
• Contribute to improving our product development processes and best practices

You’ll Be Successful With:

• 4+ years commercial software delivery experience
• Effectively collaborate with engineering to determine the best way to meet product and user requirements
• Ability to work with remote teams
  

We’d Love it If:

• Experience and passion for building data products and analytics solutions that transform data into delightful experiences for internal and external customers
• Experience building payments solutions
• Experience with financial ledgers, payment systems and processing (card networks, bank transfers/wires), HR payment software (e.g Workday, Rippling) strongly recommended
