We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Product Manager to help lead, build, and optimize products focused on improving the Getlabs patient and partner experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthtech and a desire (and proven ability) to rapidly deliver results at scale.  We are looking for a candidate with a keen intellect with superb conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to work with our talented product team.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Business Development and Partnership product life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
  • Work directly with customers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and workflows, and create innovative solutions that improve the user experience for patients, partners and providers
  • Specify requirements for current and future products, utilizing market research and competitive analysis data, supported by input from internal stakeholders, customers, prospective customers, and industry experts
  • Assist in developing and implementing the go-to-market plan for existing and new products, working with all stakeholders to execute and measure results
  • Create, manage, and prioritize a product roadmap in collaboration with internal teams and present regular updates on the validation and execution of each component of the roadmap
  • Facilitate the development and implementation of product/pricing strategies and tactical plans for assigned products ensuring that customer and partner needs are being met
  • Use and enhance existing analysis tools and run your own data queries to help inform decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand market and patient/partner needs to build high-impact product roadmaps
  • Be accountable for ensuring secure, accurate, and scalable data exchange across platforms to drive integrated solutions

What we're looking for:

  • 5 + years of Product Management experience with progressively increasing responsibility
  • Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences; proven ability to provide the voice of the customer
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience
  • A metrics-driven approach, with the ability to set and track individual project metrics that are linked to company goals
  • Proficient with SQL and diving deep into data
  • Experience working closely with a diverse set of cross-functional teams and SMEs
  • Ability to work in a high-growth, fast-paced environment; you are comfortable with ambiguity and find no job too big or small
  • Highly collaborative. Builds trust at all levels, influences without formal authority, and pushes back when appropriate. Earns respect and respects the contributions of others.
  • Direct experience with writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements
