Responsibilities:

  • International Strategy Development: Work with cross-functional teams from around the world to develop a comprehensive strategy for international affiliate product development, implementation, and rollout.
  • Research and Usability Testing: Conduct basic research and usability testing to understand the needs of our international teams and how to meet them elegantly and effectively.
  • Product Requirements Integration: Integrate user research, market analysis, and customer feedback into product requirements to ensure the affiliate products satisfy customer needs and wants.
  • Roadmap Development: Collaborate with central marketing stakeholders and engineering teams to develop a roadmap for international affiliate projects.
  • Market-Specific Adaptation: Work with central marketing to adapt landing pages and messaging for specific markets to enhance affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Crypto Ecosystem Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our crypto ecosystem to represent international capabilities and understand how unique requirements can best be met.
  • Localization Solutions: Build both back-end and customer-facing solutions to solve localization problems for affiliate products.
  • Feature Prioritization and Coordination: Prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with a team of engineers, designers, and analysts to ship high-quality affiliate experiences.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Inform product decisions with quantitative and qualitative data on user behavior and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing, survey data, usability studies).
  • Success Metrics Definition: Define methods and metrics for identifying success and failure while ensuring the team is clear on their objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of product management or product ownership experience, preferably in the affiliate marketing or related fields.
  • User Experience: Strong user experience sensibilities and familiarity with platform UI best practices to ensure seamless affiliate experiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong use of analytics, user research, and business cases to drive decisions and improve affiliate products.
  • Time Management: Ability to operate under tight deadlines while maintaining multiple projects and ensuring timely delivery of affiliate products.
  • Project Planning: Experienced in planning work for assigned work streams to ensure smooth execution of affiliate initiatives.
  • CRM/CMS Experience: Previous experience with CRM/CMS product development, with a focus on affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
