Our mission is to offer fast, efficient and effective support and engagement software for customer-loving teams all over the world.

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us evolve our conversational design experience offering brands the ability to automate service conversations with their end users.

Key responsibilities that drive your day at Dixa

Work within the Conversation Automation product cluster
Lead the Automation product team consisting of engineers, data scientists, and designers
Build and ship chatbots, conversational AI, NLP, and other conversational automation products
Run product discovery together with your product trio and gain an in-depth understanding of customer and business needs
Coordinate ML discovery efforts with the Data Science Guild
Collaborate with other product teams within your cluster and the Product & Engineering org at large

Technical skills you’ll need to get the job done

You have experience in technical domains and understand how ML models are built. You understand training, testing, and validation workflows
You understand which ML models are used to solve which problems / provide which value, and are able to estimate cost and effort needed for their implementation
You can judge when a problem is best solved by ML or other approaches. You tend to focus on simplicity when thinking of solutions
You have experience working with NLP products & you have shipped ML products before

You are accustomed to working with cross-functional product teams applying modern product development practices; you understand the importance of product discovery and prototyping
You are a team player, with a positive and energetic personality and the willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You lead by example
You have a great sense of vision and you bring others along for the ride
You are collaborative, inclusive, empathetic and able to communicate with a high degree of emotional intelligence with stakeholders from any department, of any level of seniority
