Aircall is a place where voices are valued.

Backed by over $220 million of investment since 2015, we create technology that fuels accessible, transparent and collaborative communication to empower our base of 18,000+ customers (and growing) to make authentic, human connections.

Conversation is a cornerstone of our culture. Wherever our people find themselves in the Aircall world – Paris, New York, San Francisco, Sydney, Madrid, London, Berlin, or at home – everyone has a voice that is valued.

Whatever your background, wherever you’re from – we want you to join the conversation. Let’s talk.

About the team
Join the growing SF office on the Growth team, responsible for driving step-change revenue growth across the customer journey. As an early member, you’ll be pivotal in shaping team culture and be a part of a tight-knit and growing team in San Francisco, where you’ll spend plenty of time with our CPO and CTO.

About the role
We’re looking for a driven and insightful Senior Product Manager who loves driving business results via customer value. If you are energized by 0-to-1, seeing charts that go up-and-to-the-right, and building a team that has fun together, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

  • Own the New Customer Experience product space end to end, responsible for acquiring and converting high quality leads to customers
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Research, Sales, Customer Success, and more to bring compelling and intuitive self-serve experiences to prospects to help them understand the value of Aircall on day 1
  • Manage performance of the acquisition and conversion funnels, identifying new opportunities for investment
  • Mentor PMs in other Growth spaces, including churn prevention and expansion

What you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience. Prior Growth experience is a plus
  • Track record of driving results and bringing value to your users – whether they’re consumer or SMB
  • You make things happen – you’re able to take ambiguous problems, make data-informed decisions, and figure out what it takes to ship
  • Love for shipping quality products, informed by strong product intuition and ability to drive quality decision-making
  • Strong communication skills to bring teams and leaders along, to ensure you’re making the most of organizational context and keeping those critical to successful product experiences aware of the changes you’re making
  • Passion for building a culture that is energetic and productive, with demonstrated investment in mentorship and team-building
Aircall is constantly moving forward. We’re building new roads to complete our journey, and we’re taking people with us who have the same builder mentality.

Let’s grow together: Aircall is a place for those who dare to be bold and seek responsibility, excellence, and the opportunity to push themselves to new heights.

We’re creating a place where great people trust one another and thrive together.
