We are witnessing a massive shift of consumer behavior from offline to online. With it, there is a need for technologies that enable online businesses to thrive. Bolt is at the center of this universe working on the next generation of ecommerce, having created a best-in-class buying experience from checkout to fraud detection, payments and more. With our help, retailers can successfully compete with the online retail giants that have the means to invest in technology.
Bolt is hiring a product manager to be the owner of analytics and session replay. Bolt today has deep insights into the checkout conversion funnel. What we do not (yet) understand is the shopper journey prior to checkout, and how we can help merchants better optimize their website to increase their overall conversion. This information is critical to both acquiring new merchants, by giving them deep insights into how Bolt can help their business, and to increase engagement/retention of existing merchants, by giving them information on how they can continue iterating on their shopping journey.
What you’ll do…
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for analytics and session replay
- Partner with corporate strategy to analyze the analytics and session replay space, and define where Bolt can offer unique value with our own first-party solution
- Transform qualitative session replay data into actionable insights that merchants will use to improve their website
What would set you up for success…
- 4+ years of product management experience
- Experience in analytics and/or session replay technology
- Experience creating a new product from 0 to 1, and scaling it to a large user base
- Clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to influence executive leadership
