We’re looking for a senior product manager to join our team in our Tallinn office. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome product team and help achieve the company’s vision.

As a senior product manager, you will focus on user onboarding, engagement and the tools needed to execute our strategy. To succeed in this role, you will need the skills to deliver technical requirements, plan projects and work closely with a diverse team of business stakeholders, project managers and software engineers to improve our business processes. You will develop and deliver solutions to help grow our business while supporting our product, marketing and sales teams to craft and execute our strategy.

Your new adventure:

Support our customers throughout their lifecycle
Regularly communicate with business stakeholders, analysts, project managers, marketers and sales, business operations managers and software developers to scope, prioritize and pitch projects
Plan roadmaps
Investigate and research new ideas and solutions
Understand our customers’ lifecycle and communication channels to craft user experiences and use cases to meet those needs

Does this sound like you?

3+ years of experience as a senior product manager or in a similar position
Good understanding of marketing and business metrics
Experience working with remote and cross-functional teams
Ability to effectively communicate the “why” behind user needs
Strong planning and organizational skills
Ability to build strong relationships with team members to deliver results
Proactive, independent decision making
Fluency in English
A strong can-do attitude, great communication skills and openness to feedback
A goal-oriented mindset
High attention to detail
Excellent organization skills
