Your mission @ Aircall:
- Reporting to our design lead, you will contribute to shape the future of our B2B phone system
- As a full-stack designer, you will be involved in the entire design process: research, design explorations and interactive design proposals
- You will work autonomously but never alone: expect to work interdisciplinary with business and tech team every step of the way
- You will focus on delivering high value and high impact features to our customers, working with a lean mindset
- You will use and help improving our design system: Tractor
About you:
- You have a previous experience designing for school, internship or personal projects
- You are proficient in English
- You have experience designing web or mobile applications
- You like to dive into a problem, take constraints into account early on and explore various solutions to solve it
- You work in close collaboration with your peers
- You accept opinions of others and understand how to use feedback
- You can effectively communicate concepts and detailed designs, backing up your ideas with research and clear reasoning
- You are comfortable using Figma
Bonus points:
- You have experience conducting user research
- You have a some understanding of front-end development
- Your portfolio reflects strong visual design skills
