Your mission @ Aircall:

Reporting to our design lead, you will contribute to shape the future of our B2B phone system
As a full-stack designer, you will be involved in the entire design process: research, design explorations and interactive design proposals
You will work autonomously but never alone: expect to work interdisciplinary with business and tech team every step of the way
You will focus on delivering high value and high impact features to our customers, working with a lean mindset
You will use and help improving our design system: Tractor

About you:

You have a previous experience designing for school, internship or personal projects
You are proficient in English
You have experience designing web or mobile applications
You like to dive into a problem, take constraints into account early on and explore various solutions to solve it
You work in close collaboration with your peers
You accept opinions of others and understand how to use feedback
You can effectively communicate concepts and detailed designs, backing up your ideas with research and clear reasoning
You are comfortable using Figma

Bonus points:

You have experience conducting user research
You have a some understanding of front-end development
Your portfolio reflects strong visual design skills
