We’re looking for a Salesforce Product Owner to join the Global Operations team.

About the role

Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Product Owner, will create and develop the vision for the product and the product roadmap for Salesforce. This role will maximise the business value of the Salesforce product created for DICE, anticipating the needs of business owners, and users. This role will lead the requirements gathering and prioritisation of work the Salesforce project team performs.

Salesforce is at the centre of our operations with multiple add-ons and bespoke integrations.

You’ll be

  • Performing Discovery of Business needs, documenting functional requirements
  • Translating functional requirements to technical requirements for the Salesforce Team
  • Technical documentation utilising agile project management tools like Jira
  • Managing the Salesforce team
  • A subject matter expert with a broad knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem 
  • Completing regular internal system audits and preparing for upgrades
  • Identify the training requirements for the new features implemented
  • Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
  • Set the goals for the sprints, and the expectations and support the team to reach them
  • Working independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Working with the business stakeholders to improve processes and workflows.

You are

  • Someone that enjoys looking at processes identifying gaps and working to close them. 
  • You also love diving into details and have excellent skills in both project management and stakeholder management. 
  • Up to date with the latest Salesforce developments and find ways to use new technologies and releases to advantage the team

You’ll need

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce.com product owner with a strong understanding of the platform, best practices and functionality
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
  • Excellent project management skills and experience in successfully driving projects through to completion with a positive attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritise simultaneous requests
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
  • Salesforce.com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
