Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Leading the product vision and strategy for our PDF-related offerings.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives.
• Working closely with UI/UX designers and developers to transform ideas into functional and user-friendly PDF solutions.
• Prioritizing product backlog items and managing releases efficiently while focusing on continuous improvement.
• Conducting market research and user feedback analysis to drive product enhancements and innovations.
• Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize user workflows and maximize product engagement.
• Facilitating communication across cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.

You'll be a valuable member of the Leadtech team, contributing to the overall success of our PDF initiatives.

Requirements

Your qualifications include:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner (minimum of 2 years), preferably with a focus on PDF products.
• Deep understanding of PDF technology and its application in digital products.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing product backlogs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable product features.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in conducting user research and utilizing feedback for product improvements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and remote environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required.
• Passion for technology and a strong desire to stay updated with industry trends.
