We are seeking an experienced product owner who can drive the strategic backlog of our channel tool ecosystem, responsible for our tooling roadmap and portfolio of initiatives. This will ensure that our Partners have a best in breed Partner experience, and that our Channel Managers have tools to support that . Using your experience and cross-functional skills, our toolset will unlock successful outcomes against our channel OKRs - including a primary focus on Partner Experience.

In this role, you'll get to:
- Drive the roadmap and product plan execution for the channel tool ecosystem.
- Collaborate with business teams to establish strategies and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with our Sales Technology team, Channel Operations team, Partner Development Team to develop solutions which in turn serve our Partner Users and Channel Managers.
- Lead discovery efforts for major capabilities, engaging external and internal stakeholders and product teams.
- Define metrics and systems to track product performance. Clearly communicate performance and use data to evaluate and prioritize roadmap.
- Engage with users (Partners and Channel Managers) regularly to develop a deep understanding of their business needs, workflows and how they engage with our products. This includes embodying the “Be the Change You Seek” value when it comes to User Experience.
On your first day, we'll expect you to have:
- 2 years of experience in product management with building and shipping successful digital products - bonus points if this surrounds B2B Collaboration in a Sales or Partnership capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data informed, written narrative.
- Experience with designing and delivering excellent demos/prototypes to showcase vision to stakeholders.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
- Knowledge of Scrum Principles.
