Get onboard the PayFit rocket by joining our Global Product Operations Team as a Product Ops Intern!

Your mission will be to support the Product team on strategic & operational challenges and contribute to the general PayFit growth.

You will be responsible for:

• supporting Product Ops Managers on large-scale strategy and change management projects

• managing your own set of projects oriented towards process & tool improvement and knowledge transfer

• collaborating with Product, Engineering and Design directors to support their ad hoc requests

• monitoring and assisting with KPI definition and data visualization 

You meet the following requirements:

• Currently in M1/M2 at a French university in Business or Engineering, 

• Available starting January for 6 months 

• Located in Paris with possibilities to enjoy from our WFA policie

• Speak French and English fluently

• you are passionate about Product and Product methodologies

• you’re a team player with strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills

• you’re want to work in an dynamic environment with autonomy

• you’re familiar with tools such as Notion, JIRA, and Looker

• you are curious, eager to learn and have an innovative spirit

3️⃣ Interview with Marie - Director of Product Operations or Manon - Team Lead of Product Operations (45 mins)

4️⃣ Meet the team during our famous Barbecue Test (no worries : it is not a test and you don’t have to bring chips)
