SUMMARY

We’re looking for a Product Ops Specialist to join our Product team. With the direction of the CPO, you will help clear a path to ensure the rest of the team—Heads of Product, Product Managers, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers can perform under the best possible circumstances with collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success. You will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Full-time - 100% remote - Location: Serbia

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We’re a startup, so you’ll have to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever is required to support our mission. As we scale and grow the company, the Product team needs a well organized and thorough action oriented individual who understands how enterprise products are built and brought to market. You will draw on your product, marketing or operations background to help the Product team scale and continue to make an impact on our internal teams and external customers. As a Product Ops Specialist, you'll make an impact on your team by:

  • Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions

    • Wrangle data and communicate data-driven insights to the product team

    • Regularly report on customer bookings and win/loss/churn to product management

  • Helping establish OKRs and evaluating progress on a periodic basis

  • Facilitating better communication across the whole product organization

    • Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis to inform strategy

    • Organize product team wide updates, brainstorming and process improvements

  • Organizing and planning agenda for product team off-sites or on-sites

  • Supporting timely product budget planning and tracking

  • Ensuring the product organization is set up to scale consistently and with low friction

  • Transforming the efficiency of the entire product team by streamlining critical routine tasks

ABOUT YOU

  • You are analytical and curious to find common patterns in data that will be useful for decision-making

    • You are proficient in Google Sheets or Excel

    • You can write queries in SQL or guide ChatGPT to help you with this task

    • You can prepare slides showcasing findings to a broad audience and inspire action

  • You have been exposed or were part of a Product or Marketing team for 2 years or more

  • You are well organized and can communicate well in writing and verbally

  • You are not afraid to learn new skills and dive into new topics or areas

  • You are fun and positive and people love working with you

The Product team you will be working with is distributed across Western Europe in a few countries including France and Germany. It’s a medium-sized team and together with the engineering team represents the bulk of the startup company we are. We work on a very technical product that customers around the world use to automate customer service through Generative AI and Machine Learning. We are a passionate bunch and are very dedicated to the growth and success of our company in partnership with our customer-facing teams.
