Product Operations Specialist

FREE NOW is at an exciting point in our history in Greece, just migrated BEAT into the FN brand, and launched the new app in Greece. With this big step, we are actively looking for someone who promotes Product knowledge and serves as the team’s subject matter expert for the entire suite of features across various Products and Back offices. This is a Product liaison role, where excellent communication is needed to be able to relay complex technical information to any reader.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

• Investigate and triage bug reports, ensuring a comprehensive assessment and impact analysis for issues. Test new features and plans delivered by central product team
• Contribute to improving our products by aggregating and understanding product feedback and enhancements needed from growing issues
• Facilitate communication and sharing of data between cross-functional Product teams to drive efficiency and product growth
• Lead and participate in EC product project
• Understand customer requirements and be their voice about the product needs
• Analyse data in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the product
• Support local ops needs in supply management and Quality of Service

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

• 1+ years of comparable experience in Product Support, Quality Assurance or Product Specialist roles
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent preferred
• Experience in working on highly detailed and complex projects which require significant organisational skills and
• Having a solid understanding of Product and best working practices to deliver results
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
• Analytical thinking, organisational skills, negotiation and presentation skills
• Native Greek speaker, proficient in English - Please submit your application in English
