About the role
We are looking for a Product Operations Manager to join our Wealth & Trading team. The vision of the team is to offer a range of wealth and trading products like commission-free stock trading, fractional investments, commodity trading, digital assets and digital advisory. You’ll work with the Head of Wealth & Trading in Singapore to establish the operating model with focus on product due diligence, suitability framework, client engagement, transaction monitoring and vendor management. You will be working with global product teams and growth teams to expand our Wealth & Trading partnerships and client footprint in Singapore.

What you’ll be doing
• Create local policies regarding financial products, customer suitability and advisory guidelines. 
• In-market responsible for consolidating end to end product approvals and related launches.
• Work with Product development and Operations to define product requirements and specifications on financial features like social trading, margin trading, robo advisory, etc. 
• Partner with the Growth team to drive new and existing customer take-up and financial KPIs.  
• Design and iterate all forms of customer engagement touchpoints - product materials, FAQs, customer queries, corporate actions, etc. 
• Continuously improve customer experience and deploy engagement strategies and resolve operational issues.

What you'll need
• Knowledge and Experience:
Financial services experience - Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Wealth management (e.g securities, brokerage, trading, stocks, robo-advisory, etc.) 
Understand dynamics between financial services, consumers, and fintechs. 
Deep understanding of broker/ dealer operations, advisory guidelines and local regulations. 
Experience of working in rapidly scaling companies or environments. Knowledge of contemporary management frameworks and tools (JIRA, confluence, scrum, etc)
• Accreditation:
You have passed or are willing to take the CMFAS M1, M6 exams (or equivalent) and are willing to take more modules depending on the firm’s strategy (we provide study leave and reimburse any fees).  
• Skills
Besides being raw smart, you have strong analytical skills, being process driven and having a methodological way of working through problems, you have excellent communication skills both written and verbal (concise and direct) and ability to influence.
Hunger for taking on new challenges, even if outside areas of expertise. Be able to learn new areas and able to work in an extremely fast paced environment in a collaborative manner.
• Residency - Be resident in Singapore, due to regulatory expectations.
