We are looking for a Product Operations Regional Manager to join our Product Operations team. In this role you will be the central conduit between the Operations organisation and the Product and Tech teams orchestrating cross functional Product processes to ensure the voice of markets and customers is fully represented. 

As a Regional Manager you enable Markets teams to identify, refine and prioritise development requests and align on maintaining a company wide Product Pipeline with the Product team. You collaborate with local Leadership teams to be the local point of contact on all Product related issues and enable markets to drive Product Excellence for experimentation, best practices and Product launches.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need to have an in-depth commercial understanding of the Mobility business, as well as a fundamental understanding of Product and Technology processes. 

Responsibilities:

Product Roadmap and Pipeline Prioritization

  • Collaborate with Market Leadership teams on identifying and analytically qualifying new strategic Product opportunities 
  • Support markets in refining strategic opportunities into concrete Product requirements and requests ensuring top-down strategic alignment
  • Feedback to local markets on Product development decisions and overall Product Roadmap and ensure market buy-in
  • Collaborate on aligning local requirements between markets and creating a global Product Pipeline 
  • Prioritise Markets for release of new Product Features and ensure local compliance and adaptation
  • Proactively identify new Product opportunities from market developments, regulatory changes, and competition

Market and Product Advisory

  • Act as an intermediary between the commercial teams and Product & Tech Tribes, collaborating with Marketing & Operations to create alignment across all teams
  • Ensure market representation in key Product processes, such as Discovery and Releases to ensure Product-Market fit
  • Create end to end transparency around Product Roadmap, Market Requests and upcoming Feature Releases for markets
  • Advise markets on overall Product Strategy and Best Practices acting as a Product and Commercial Expert
  • Provide commercial and market knowledge and understanding to the Product Teams including market strategy, regulatory environment, competitive dynamics 
  • Act as a first point of contact to escalate non-BAU quick reaction projects and act at speed to in-market changes (whether regulatory, competitor, etc)
  • Cross functionally orchestrate Market Product Releases by maintaining the market facing QA process and ensuring local Compliance and Product adaptations

Desired experience, behaviours & values:

  • 2+ years of experience in Operations / Management Consulting / Project or Product Management / Startup experience
  • In-depth operational understanding and previous hands on operational experience or exposure
  • Willingness to immerse oneself in-depth in Product Knowledge and Processes
  • Analytical mindset and ability to independently leverage data for prioritisation and decision making
  • Ability to translate Market Requirements into concrete Development Requests and collaborate with Product and Technical teams to define them
  • Capacity to context switch between detail and high-level tasks and abstract between market and company-wide requirements
  • Ability to align conflicting market priorities with senior stakeholders leveraging data
  • Knack for coaching and mentoring to educate local markets on Product Management
  • Effective communicator proactively identifying and executing on market and Product communication needs
