Location: While this position is posted in a specific location, all of Oyster’s positions are fully remote and you can work from home. Forever.
As Product Operations Manager, your goal is to ensure that our product teams have the practices, tools, and resources needed in place to quickly build quality products at scale. In this role, the practices and tools are the product and the product team are the users. You are responsible for iterating and optimizing that product based on the users’ needs.
