FullStory is looking for a Product Operations Manager to join the growing Product Ops team. At FullStory, Product Ops acts as the product manager for the product process, improving alignment, communication, and processes around our product in service of delivering greater, faster value to our customers. 

As a Product Operations Manager, you’ll work closely with the Head of Product Operations, Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to operationalize cross-functional product processes that help drive alignment and deliver value. If you’re naturally curious, a builder at heart, a problem solver, and geek out on bringing clarity and alignment across teams, this is the role for you. This is a highly cross-functional individual contributor position with a critical role to play as FullStory grows and scales. 

Day to day, you'll:

  • Improve upon how we communicate from Product what we’re building, what we’ve built, and how we’re doing; think everything from roadmaps and release notes
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop a Voice of the Customer program, unlocking more powerful customer research and listening
  • Manage our product launch readiness process, ensuring all teams are ready to support users and prospects as the product evolves
  • Optimize how our product team operates by supporting the product team through process improvements
  • Partner with PM, Engineering, and Design to help define how we align across practices, and create a plan to scale

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3+ years of Product/Program Management, Product Operations or consulting experience in a in B2B SaaS company
  • Has experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional projects with Product and Engineering teams
  • Has experience in change management principles and methodology
  • Has data-driven and analytical experience

It would be amazing if:

  • You get the bigger picture, but are not afraid to get in the weeds to solve a problem
