Product Operations Manager, Digital Experience
 
Adyen, and in specific the Digital Experience Product Team, is looking for a Product Operations Manager who will be focussing on managing tools and processes which enable the product team to build the best Digital Experience Platform possible. Furthermore, the Product Operations Manager will collaborate with global stakeholders and the product’s internal customers (creative studio and marketing),  to find insightful ways to automate day-to-day processes which take product team support and intervention today. 
  
What you will do:

  • Define and own KPIs for operational efficiency within the Digital Experience Product Management Team and owning the roadmap which includes for product delivery process improvements, editor experience improvements, and production/translation workflows 
  • Drive alignment and efficiency around product development, launch, enablement, and iterative improvement
  • Design and launch large cross-functional processes and coordinate across stakeholders as needed to ensure the right resourcing, execution and communications are in place to deliver meaningful results
  • Manage the product support processes and SLAs (for the DX portfolio) to allow an improved go-to-market process
  • Lead the planning of and communication around DX releases and set expectations for delivery of new functionalities
  • Use a data-driven and testing approach to help stakeholders find bottlenecks in the processes and resolve them
  • Partner closely with product, content, translation, campaign, and development teams 
  • Research and implement new operational tools and processes to accelerate and streamline product delivery and user experience
  • Shape actionable recommendations about complex issues critically and drive their adoption within the team(s)

Who you are:

  • A passion for structure, process and communication along with an agile mindset
  • 4+ years of experience with the product development process in a software development company, thorough understanding of software development life cycle
  • 2+ years of operational experience in a highly agile, project-based environment
  • Exceptional stakeholder / relationship management skills
  • Experience working closely with or directly within a product organisation
  • You know how to manage a project, and have experience with bringing something from conception to launch
  • You can communicate in English fluently, both written and verbally, and are not afraid to get out there to let your voice be heard
  • You take pride in putting your team first, you value teams over ego
  • You can work well with both technical and commercial teams
  • Having a technical or digital background is a plus
  • Experience in an IT/software company is a plus
