About Us:
Airbase is the first all-in-one spend management platform that provides companies unparalleled control and visibility into every dollar spent. Finance teams deserve a solution that eliminates the tedious work involved in managing spend and allows them to focus on being strategic partners to the rest of the business. We do that by replacing the multiple systems typically used to manage spend with a single platform that handles every workflow including expense approvals and payments (physical cards, virtual cards, ACH, check), while also automating away the bulk of spend-related accounting. Learn more about why innovative companies like Gusto, Segment, Doximity, Getaround, Netlify, and more trust Airbase at www.airbase.com

About the Role:

Manage the process for product operations from development to launch, including beta programs, while providing cross-functional support to Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams as they plan and execute our go-to-market strategy. You’ll have the unique opportunity to contribute to setting up the Product Operations function at Airbase and shape its charter. You'll specifically focus on the accounting integrations across all Airbase products.

About the Team:

The Product Operations Manager reports to the Sr. Director of Product Operations and is focused on developing and managing beta programs to ensure successful planning, customer engagement, feedback, and timely execution as part of our go-to-market program. This role works very closely with various teams, including Product Management, Support, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc., to ensure every attention to detail is met. You will own, and take the lead on, implementing and continually enhancing tools and processes to help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer feedback and early adopter programs to ensure the success and traction of our go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Project manage the product launch lifecycle, specifically beta programs, and provide support for GA rollouts.
  • Learn the Airbase products (with focus on the Accounting integrations) and in particular the features that are going into the beta phase to gather feedback from customers and product teams.
  • Ensure issues are found and resolved during the beta phase with the context of the customer pain points in mind, to distill and provide actionable customer insights.
  • Ensure proper coordination, planning, and alignment between Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Lead customer interaction during the beta cycle, providing instructions to customers, meeting with them and ensuring their product feedback is captured and shared with the product team. Ensure customer-facing teams are ready with information and processes required to support new products and implement product adoption tours/tactics.
  • Continuously monitor the effectiveness of the launch lifecycle from alpha to GA, and become the voice of the customer and partner of the Product team to drive both adoption and continuous learnings & improvement. This includes examining various product adoption workflows to identify areas for improvement to further drive adoption.
  • Work with a subset of tools used by our Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams (e.g., Asana, Totango, Salesforce.com, Slack, and more).
  • Contribute in developing and expanding the charter of the Product Operations team at Airbase.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • 3-4 years of experience in B2B project or program management, product operations, product marketing, or product management — preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Academic credentials or hands-on experience in financial accounting - experience in accounting softwares such as NetSuite and QuickBooks would be ideal.
  • Quick learner with the ability to multitask, work independently, think critically and problem solve in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong self-starter with superior attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple requests, projects, and deadlines.
  • Experience with analytics tools, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent and proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • An aptitude for learning and overcoming challenges through critical thinking.
We are a remote-first company and we recognize you may be in a different time zone. This role needs to work alongside our Sales and Marketing teams based in PT and ET time zones, where we will have periodic or recurring meetings, and where flexibility will be required.

We offer competitive cash compensation and equity. We're a remote team and are happy to work with candidates from anywhere in the world.
