We’re looking for a highly motivated Product Operations Associate to manage our core products' operational and technical implementations. The objective of this role is to be a strategic contributor to our fast-paced, high-priority projects that drive impact for Carbon Health’s users, including providers and patients.
In this role, you will be a part of the product operations team that works cross-functionally with product, operations, enterprise, growth, design, and engineering to ensure successful execution against our goals.
Success means managing new tools and rollouts through a combination of process design, tooling development, and detail-oriented execution.

What You'll Do:
- Cross-Functional Communication: Act as an integral member of the product operations team that collaborates extensively with other product-related teams to assess operational, technical, and feature release processes and identify potential areas of improvement Partner with the Technical Program Managers to pull context across operations, and enterprise, growth, and clinical teams in service of feature development
- Problem-Solving: Solve ambiguous business problems and turn them into actionable solutions and insights by partnering with the Technical Program Managers to deliver shared product outcomes. Help to triage bugs and issues from support/operations teams and work with Product and Engineering to brainstorm solutions.
- Execution: Help with admin-related tasks like bulk uploads, slot management, and dment: Maintain dashboards to monitor the performance of clinic team operations by partnering closely with the Technical Program Managers.
- Testing, Feature Releases & Rollouts: Pre-release end-to-end testing ensures all workflows operate as expected. Help the product team roll out new tools and features to operations and clinic teams Partner with Technical Program Managers to produce high-quality training and educational content to enable teams to learn effectively and accelerate adoption at analysis. About You:
- The ideal candidate will bring in a unique mix of operational and execution skills and demonstrates the ability to thrive amidst ambiguity Problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical experience
- Ability to quantify the use of time on roadmap tasks to help determine what needs to be productized
- A good listener who asks questions to understand the root causes
- Strong communication skills in English are a must (B2 to C2 preferred)
- 3+ years of work experience
- Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach
- Strong MS Office/ Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, concatenate)
- Experience with SQL is a plus
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Slack is ideal
- Familiarity with Looker
- Being able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks from various stakeholders
- The product team works primarily in East Coast & West Coast time zones, so flexibility in schedule is ideal to work seamlessly with the teams
- Bachelor’s, OR equivalent preferred
