Juniper Square invests in a hybrid workforce and we offer three work modes: full time remote work from your home office, a hybrid of home and office work from one of our office hubs, currently in San Francisco and Austin, or full time work in an office hub. The company headquarters is in the Cloud and we invest in digital-first operations. We have communities of remote employees across the US and Canada, with more substantive local remote working communities in Seattle, Denver, Chicago and New York, but we are open to employees working in several states and provinces. Product Marketing Manager

Juniper Square is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and manage marketing strategies for new software products, features, and solutions that we bring to market. The role will involve gaining a deep understanding of what our customers value, evaluating the competitive landscape, shaping product offerings, and developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns. You will have the opportunity to have a direct strategic impact on our strategy and success in delivering new products and offerings to our customers. In this highly cross-functional role you will work closely with the marketing leadership team, product managers, sales teams, customer success teams and sales enablement. 

What you’ll do: 

  • Manage go-to-market and product launch processes for new products, including developing and managing timelines, milestones, and success metrics for new product launches  
  • Collect and analyze customer and market data through quantitative analyses (using salesforce, for example) and qualitative analyses (such as feedback interviews) so that you can be a subject matter expert on what our customers value and care about across different segments, such as enterprise, PE and VC 
  • Leverage your expertise and insights on what customers value to develop effective narratives and marketing strategies to promote new and existing products for those segments, and to help inform the product team and shape product offerings  
  • Empower our sales teams with engaging enablement content that helps them effectively communicate the value of either a specific product or of Juniper Square as a market leader in its field
  • Monitor product success and suggest changes to strategy 
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to develop awareness of our offerings and product-specific marketing campaigns 
  • Develop content for sales teams to use to educate prospects on administration and Juniper Square’s unique approach to the market

Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years years of marketing or strategy experience within B2B technology, enterprise software, or financial technology
  • Ability to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes cross-functionally
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to create compelling narratives for products and markets
  • Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Genuine curiosity for new products and markets and desire to develop a deep understanding of the customer 
  • An enthusiastic, high performer with a willingness to take initiative, be resourceful, and be hands on with execution
  • Experience with commercial real estate, private equity, investment management, capital markets or financial services is a plus, but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus, but not required
