What you'll do
- Develop clear product positioning and messaging that sets our products apart in the market.
- Lead marketing strategies and plans for all product categories based on business priorities.
- Own the go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and feature updates.
- Run tests on messaging and creatives to determine the best ways to attract customers and meet their needs.
- Work with the Creative team to create product stories and narratives for campaigns.
- Build marketing toolkits to support launches and campaigns.
- Manage product marketing roadmaps to track goals, strategies, and initiatives.
- Monitor product conversion metrics and assess message and creative effectiveness.
- Adjust messaging and content based on data and feedback in collaboration with category managers.
Who we're looking for
- 2-5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within consumer goods or FMCG sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in competitive, fast-paced markets.
- Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to execution and problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to drive business growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a passion for customer-centric marketing.
