We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join Scaleway's Marketing department. Within the Product Marketing team, you will be in charge of several product ranges from our growing cloud offering (Compute, Bare Metal, Storage, Containers, Network, Serverless, etc.). At the meeting point between the Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams, the Product Marketing Manager's mission is to ensure product adoption and performance, driving the go-to-market of new products, as well as the new features of his product line. As a PMM, you also are the first source of information on the product line (positioning, customer needs) and you are in charge of monitoring product line metrics (market evolution, adoption, revenue, and pipeline).

You are a marketing specialist for the entire range of products within your scope. Your understanding of business challenges and your strong customer orientation enable you to create an attractive customer approach.

You will report to the Head of Product Marketing and have the following missions:

Define the positioning and messaging of new products and features
Follow the release planning for your product portfolios, ensuring on-time delivery and coordinating release with the Marketing, Communications, Product & Sales team stakeholders ;
Report on product portfolios’ North Star metrics
Monitor competition and market trends to ensure the best positioning of your products
Support and accompany the different teams of the Marketing department in developing acquisition and activation campaigns
Partner with Product Managers to build and present the product value proposition to the Sales team
Be an ambassador for your product internally and externally, showcasing it to customers through events and webinars, and gathering feedback for product development
Set & maintain ambitious OKRs that draw a direct line between your work's impact and the company's growth strategy
Challenge yourself to grow into the role that Scaleway will need you to play tomorrow by pursuing continuous professional development

Who are you?

Previous B2B product experience (in product marketing, consulting, account management) in the technology environment, working on positioning, messaging, sales material conception, pricing definition
Ability to manage projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, CSM, marketing)
Organized, good teaching skills, ability to design and improve processes
You thrive in an autonomous environment; you have a problem-solving and know-how mindset to identify opportunities for improvement
Result oriented, highly organized, data driven
good writing and reporting skills
Appetence for technology, with a willingness to learn about the cloud market and infrastructure management issues
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Would be a plus

Previous experience working in a Software-as-a-Service environment, ideally a cloud hosting provider
French communication skills

This position can be either:

- Based in our offices in Paris or Lille, partially/fully remote is possible (France)

- Fully remote in Europe
