Product Manager Recruiting (m/f/d) - Candidate Assessment

We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) to help take our Recruiting product to the next level by working towards our vision to enable organisations to hire the right people through a seamless, collaborative and fair assessment experience. You will translate this vision into strategic goals for you and your team to make our customers more successful through best-in-class interview scheduling, unbiased assessments and unlocking other opportunities. You will be responsible for end to end development of our productwithin your team’s mission, and are a champion of our product across the organization and with customers. You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with researchers, designers and engineers to improve the user experience and develop new features for thousands of daily users.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Develop a deep understanding of the market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Systematically analyze user feedback

• Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs and the respective product roadmap

• Break down complex problems and write clear specifications in collaboration with Design and Engineering

• Plan and execute the product roadmap based on an objectively prioritized backlog and the overarching Recruiting vision

• Manage product delivery in an agile setting and guide your team in all sprint activities

• 3-5 years of SaaS product management experience

• Strong sense of ownership, ability to work independently in a result-oriented way

• A proven track record of successfully delivering customer impact in fast-paced environments

• Fluent in modern product best practices, including experience working with empowered engineering teams and dual track Agile

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Motivation to work in a distributed team setup

• Fluency in English
