We are seeking an experienced Product Operations Manager. This critical role builds a foundation of excellence through metrics, infrastructure, business processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting. This role will work with cross-functional internal and external partners to develop best-in-class product operations to enable growth and build seamless customer experiences. This role is required to be onsite at Lucid Motors HQ (Newark, CA).

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate solid long and short-term operations stages based on profound user insights
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and scale existing product capabilities
  • Defining business processes to operate new digital product experiences
  • Develop features and user experience to optimize existing business processes for F&I and Treasury
  • Enhance internal product experience and systems based on KPI
  • Provide the end users support by making sure that things keep running smoothly post-product releases
  • Perform groundwork for the subsequent interactions of features by market research and testing unique market requirements and optimize based on market requirements 
  • Develop relationships with external partners lines of businesses to operationalize new product features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners, including IT, Sales Ops, Delivery Ops, FS Operations
  • Lead engagement with external professional service providers as needed to meet product objectives
  • Proactively identify and mitigate obstacles that impact the timely delivery of operational, product and program objectives
  • Effectively present and communicate plan, and implementation status to stakeholders, business audience, and leadership

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years relevant work experience in Automotive Finance, e-Commerce, Financial Services, Fintech, Payments or Treasury Operations
  • Broad experience building product operations, ideally in a complex, global, rapidly evolving regulatory environment.
  • Deep knowledge of commerce and financial products
  • Consistent track record of linking product development issues to broader business and operational goals
  • Highly skilled at driving complex projects while balancing conflicting priorities and resourcing constraints
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex product management concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in a technical field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in e-commerce or developing localized products for international markets
  • Experience in EV industry is a plus
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience leading teams, ideally at a technology company
  • Diverse experience working in rapidly evolving start-ups as well as complex, large-scale companies
  • Forward-looking problem solver who can act quickly and decisively when needed
Salary Range: The compensation range for this position is specific to the locations listed below and is the range Lucid reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position taking into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including job-related knowledge; skillset; experience, education and training; certifications; and other relevant business and organizational factors.
·       California (Bay Area) - $108,000 – $154,000
Additional Compensation and Benefits: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. The successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Lucid’s equity program and/or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing such programs. (Cash or equity incentive awards, if any, will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and company performance.)
