Product Managers are the heart of our development process. Embedded in cross-functional development teams, they are stewards of the roadmap and integral to solving the biggest challenges we as an organization face.

We are looking for people who can put themselves in the shoes of our customers, have a relentless focus on the end-user experience and find novel, simple solutions to complex problems and execute them in elegant ways.

The position can be based in London / Warsaw / Cyprus.

What you will do:

  • Work with a cross functional team to drive results in a specific area of our website or mobile application; including engineering, delivery, design, research, product analytics.
  • Integration and configuration of new tools to optimize working with clients;
  • Customer service automation
  • Communicate effectively with your Head of Product and team, stand up for what you think is right, but also maintain introspection and a constant desire to improve
  • Take responsibility for initiatives from the Customer Service Strategy concept all the way through development, launch and how they perform in the real world
  • While not technical, have a strong capacity to collaborate and understand the perspective of engineering teams to ensure we are not just solving the right problems, but in the most practical and scalable way

Goals:

  • Customer Service Automation across all company’s products
  • Work with stakeholders from Customer Support, Sales, Compliance teams
  • Improve clients experience in communication via various channels
  • Align communication automation metrics to Customer Support, Sales, Compliance KPIs and OKRs

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Product Management with a background in delivering worldclass user experiences on mobile apps or websites
  • Past experience in Customer support would be a big plus!
  • Demonstrated track record of working cross functionally and achieving measurable results
  • Next level organisational skills and ability to model those across a diverse team
  • You must have the ability and desire to communicate in written and spoken English (English B2+)
  • Experience managing high performing teams across a variety of physical locations, experience levels, and cultural backgrounds
