We are seeking a Product Manager to lead our Growth team within Lyft Rentals. Lyft aims to reimagine the world of transportation & vehicle access. Lyft Rentals is a critical component & strategic vertical of Lyft's transportation network, interconnecting with Lyft's multi-modal offerings and Pink loyalty program. We aim to shift the transportation industry by providing the best in class rental experience, integrating with leading rental providers, and delivering a seamless reservation and pickup experience.

The Product Manager in this role will define and drive our Growth & Reservation XP strategy, develop and deploy strategies to unlock product awareness and adoption, in addition to transforming & building a best in class our reservation experience. You will be responsible for partnering with Rider leaders & external Partners (Hertz, Sixt) to position Lyft Rentals in-app, innovating & scaling demand levers, and transforming our funnel. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and passionate Product Manager, positioning our product to expand our addressable market. This Product Manager should be comfortable working in complex, fast-paced organizations and collaborative environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and strategy of the Lyft Rentals reservation experience.  
  • Responsible for maximizing funnel conversion, growing and acquiring more renters to expand Lyft Rental's addressable market.  
  • Transforming our reservation flow, experimenting to deliver a seamless booking XP (from the home screen to check out).
  • Develop a customer-focused product roadmap, build alignment, and influence cross-functional stakeholders across product and other partnering teams (Rideshare, Engineering, Design, User Research, Science, Customer Support).
  • Up level awareness of Lyft Rentals, partnering and influencing the roadmaps of multiple other Lyft product teams, including Rider Experience, Bikes & Scooters, My Car, and more.
  • Strong user empathy and previous experience in scaling up early-stage products. Consumer-facing product experience is a plus.
  • Own your team's existing or new products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in building products.
  • Demonstrated subject expertise with a commitment to excellence, analytics rigor and focus on customer experience
  • Confident in decision-making, providing concise, clear, direct communication
  • Strong ability to work with full autonomy and little direct oversight
  • Comfortable in a fast-­paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation
  • An active participant in Lyft's culture; enthusiasm about Lyft and aligned with Lyft’s core values.

This role is work-from-anywhere in the U.S., excluding U.S. territories. 

The expected range of pay for this position in the US is $130,680 - $165,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits. Your recruiter can share more information about the salary range specific to your working location and other factors during the hiring process.
