Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multi-channel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.
Purpose of the job:
Guide the product strategy, definition of the roadmap and guarantee execution.
Your main tasks would be as follows :
- Build and nurture the Product Roadmap, gathering as many insights as required (from users, sales department, support department, customer success department, your team, data analysis, competitors and user research): make sure we are building the right features.
- Work closely with company-wide engineers to come up with the best solution to address your users' pain points.
- Organize and prioritize everything in the backlog, always based on facts, and be able to explain the reasons behind it to your team.
- Oversee and manage the processes implemented inside your product team.
- Make sure all the outside processes needed for your team to function properly, are always being timely executed.
- Ensure the quality of the features released by your team: make sure those right features are being built the right way.
- Maintain excellent cross-functional relationships to ensure that teams efficiently deliver above and beyond company WIGs/OKRs.
- Make sure the product and the team is always aligned with Operations, other products within the company, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success departments.
- Swiftly communicate and raise flags about important information, roadblocks and opportunities.

Requirements
We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:
Experiences :
- 3+ years of Product Management / Product Owner experience.
- Previous experience managing B2B SaaS products or an eCommerce company.
- Experience in an agile environment, implementing agile processes
- High level of English, both written and oral
- Spanish good level oral and written as a must
