Product Manager (f/m/x) Fleet Solutions

• You are responsible for the Fleet Solutions hardware product portfolio, product life cycle and end-to-end products.
• You development customer-specific business plans and sales strategies and define respective requirements for the next generation of charging solutions.
• You are responsible for the alignment of business visions with product strategy, the definition of roadmaps and KPIs. 
• As an interface between sales, development and software you bring together the needs of the different units to make the product a success.
• You define the products in your portfolio and the market needs and manage your internal and external suppliers.
• You prepare and execute product launches and technology campaigns.
• You take care of a constant monitoring and further development of the product portfolio and its commercial potential.

• You have successfully completed business, engineering or IT degree.
• You have several years of experience (technical) product management or business development.
• You have a proven track record in technical consumer, charging or energy products.
• You have a strong business orientation, commercial mindset and analytical mindset.
• You have excellent communication and negotiation skills in dealing with customers, developers and managers.
• You have excellent English and German language skills.
